  • June 19, 2026: Petition signatures due to Election Administrators for statewide ballot issues.

  • July 17, 2026: Deadline for Election Administrators to file certified ballot issue petitions at Secretary of States Office.

  • August 5, 2026: 5:00PM Deadline for write-in candidates to file a Declaration of Intent for the General Election

  • August 10, 2026: Deadline for candidates to withdraw General Election Candidacy.

  • August 19, 2026: Deadline for political parties to appoint replacement candidates to fill vacancies.
